Standard Plan

Includes 1,000 minutes per user per month. Both plans include one US or Canada phone number.

Premium Plan

Offers unlimited calling, provided usage is reasonable. Both plans include one US or Canada phone number.

Europe Plans

Cover calls to supported European countries. Specific details are available on the Outreach Voice Pricing page.

Global Minutes Calling Package

For international calls outside the US and Canada, this plan covers 50 countries at $300 per month per organization, including 10,000 minutes. Additional blocks of 1,000 minutes can be purchased for $40 each. Calls to countries not covered are billed at variable rates.

Pay-Per-Use (Phone Numbers)

Shared Phone Numbers Plan (US & Canada Only)

This plan allows shared numbers within the same organization, enabling the Local Dial feature to use a common pool of numbers. There is no limit to the number of phone numbers used. This plan does not cover individually assigned numbers or numbers outside the US and Canada, which are billed at the applicable country rate.
